Finding the ideal care for your loved one living with Alzheimer's or other related dementias is a challenging task. What some senior care communities refer to as "Memory Care" is our Serenity Suites. We're removing the stigma from the name Memory Care.  We're here to support you every step of the way. At Vista Prairie at Fieldcrest, we treat you and your loved one with the highest level of compassion and consideration. Individualized care and a joy-filled living environment create a comfortable place for our residents to call home at Vista Prairie at Fieldcrest. Serenity Suites team members engage the residents in reminiscent activities with our purposeful life stations within the neighborhood.
