You will receive a fully furnished apartment with kitchen, utilities, enjoy all deliciously prepared meals and restaurant style dining, full calendar of events and activities, community programs, a daily wellbeing check, and 1:1 support from our Resident Ambassadors throughout your experience for FREE. The only cost to this experience is a one-time service assessment fee of $250, to resource the time and efforts of our dedicated registered nurses as they conduct all assessments and care plans for all residents in our community which is a state requirement.

Individuals that qualify for the "Try Before You Buy" special will not receive assistance with personal care services such as bathing, toileting, and dressing. They will receive an Emergency Response Pendant with a push of a button, worn as a necklace or wristband, our staff will respond to your request for emergency assistance 24 hours per day, seven days a week. They will also receive a Daily *I'm Ok" Check: this is a once per day check that provides reassurance that you are ok and that you have not had a health event.
