Clayton enters his new role with a history of more than 28 years of leadership and operations management experience in long-term care. Clayton’s professional licenses include Nursing Home Administrator in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa, and Assisted Living Director in Minnesota. Over the years Clayton has served as a Licensed Practical Nurse, Assisted Living Director, Nursing Home Administrator, Regional Director of Operations, and Consultant.

“Clayton’s strong experiential background and diverse experiences position him as a leader ready to drive excellence within the Ridgeway senior campus,” said Jennie Marcus, Vista Prairie Communities’ Regional Director of Operations. “Clayton will leverage his skills to enhance day-to-day operations and foster a thriving community environment. His strategic approach and hands-on engagement will contribute to the continued growth and well-being of all those we serve.”

Beyond his professional achievements, Kalmon enjoys outdoor activities, and avidly cheering for Vikings and won’t give up on his home team, the Packers. Clayton has a true passion for senior care and values providing quality care in joy-filled environments. Clayton will begin his role as Executive Director at both Ridgeway communities on Monday, February 12, 2024.
